PRETTY BOAT.....GOOD LUCK.
WE WANT TO SEE PICS OF THE NEW ONE. ;) |
Re: GA '87 V20 Cuddy w'93 OceanRunner 200HP
Seriously! now that most are out of the house, it's me and wifey and my two on every other weekend, I might have the jack. I just need to check with wifey about talking to the bank, she handles the cash around here, one less headach for me. I saw the ebay add, I think 5G is doable, I'll let ya know.

Re: GA '87 V20 Cuddy w'93 OceanRunner 200HP
Hey, I'll be calling tomorrow, wifey gave the go a head. I'd like to come take her out and check the floor transom and such if ya don't mind before I decide.

Re: GA '87 V20 Cuddy w'93 OceanRunner 200HP
that's a sharp boat, and a nice trailer. For 5K, how much better can you do?.....a nice v20, a thirsty but good reliable motor on a tandem trailer, I'd be all over that 8)

Re: GA '87 V20 Cuddy w'93 OceanRunner 200HP
Thanks for the comps guys.
I've been looking at a 23' Yellowfin w/t200 zukes, 26' Seavee w/f300 Zuke and a new 2360 Sailfish w/t f150's. Anyone have any experience with any of these? See you tomorrow Mark! |
Re: GA '87 V20 Cuddy w'93 OceanRunner 200HP
a buddy of mine has the 2360 Sailfish w/ twin 115 4s yammies. Nicely laid out, giant live well, recessed cleats, big stereo etc. I have not been on it in any snotty conditions so I cannot comment on how she handles the rough stuff....probably does quite well. Seems to be in the mid-upper tier of quality and workmanship. The twin 115's are nice, but, it's calling for the 150's, or a single 300 Suzy...IMO

Re: GA '87 V20 Cuddy w'93 OceanRunner 200HP
I agree w/150's. Althought the earlier 02,03 model 266 have the 115's and say they push it fine. *To me though, I'd rather have it and not need it than the opposite. *Plus put less of a load on the engines throughout its life because this will be the last boat until the kids get out of college. *My wife's 5mths with my boy and have a 2.5yr old daughter already. *It seems much more fam friendly than the others and its new! *
I'll definitely try it in the slop before purchase, though. |
