Re: Help MJ find his next boat
I posted this one a while back, but this guy has had this boat up for sale for quite a while, he couldn't get any one interested with the new motor and outdrive, so now he split them apart. Yeah you would have to put a transom in it to accept a brackect, but figure he spent a ton of money fixing the rest of the boat up to accept that new engine and drive, the rest of the boat should be worth it

Re: Help MJ find his next boat
Before I fell in love with you guys... I mean V20's... I was looking at Shamrock's. *How do they hold up?
It's more than you want to spend MJ but here is one with the coveted pilothouse: http://www.usedboats.com/powerboats/1989/20'-ft/shamrock/pilot-house/pilothouse-(power)/inboard/34224/1315580.htm For some reason, I can't get the whole URL to come up as a working link. *It does work if you copy and paste the whole thing into the address bar. |
Re: Help MJ find his next boat
A buddy of mine has a Shamrock 20, the sides are shorter than some Jon boats I've seen. And they have fiberglass fuel tanks (ie: don't work with ethanol).
But I love the Pilot House idea. |
Re: Help MJ find his next boat
how about a Grady?

Re: Help MJ find his next boat
mj, I put in a call to the mako at the 516 # and the guy said the "salesman" I need to speak to was not in. I asked to be transferred to his voicemail and left a message for him. That's about as far as I got :-/

Re: Help MJ find his next boat
Found 2 more on FLEABAY, unfortunatley they aint the closest to ya.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/25-AQ...QQcmdZViewItem This one here looks to share similiar lines to the FORMULA and BERTRAMS. They're a FLORIDA built boat, regarded pretty well down here. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/24-Cu...QQcmdZViewItem |
