mine is a 66 13 whaler that i found in a customers back yard while i was working on the irrigation system. i ask what he wanted for it and he said he was going to restore it one day. the service bill came to $250 and he suggested trading out(the good thing about working for yourself). sounds better that it really was, all i got was the hull, no trailer or wood or motor. i later put a trailer under it and a well used 30 hp mariner. ran it for 10 years and then about 5 years ago, upgraded the motor to a 40 hp tohatsu w trim. i use it for scalloping and running crab traps.
