I use this for the kids and call it candy chicken, they eat it up. However, everyone seems to really enjoy it. Simple
1. Chicken, I have used boneless breast and wings
2. Wishbone Light Italian Dressing
3. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
4. Honey
For boneless, put the chicken in a ziploc bag and them add equal parts soy and italian dressing, then add a good amount of honey (as desired), I usually go with a 1/4 cup for about 2 lbs of boneless breasts.
Let it marinade in the fridge for at least eight hours.
Then grill as normal, basting it with the left over marinade. On a plate, as a sandwich or salad people like it.
For wings bake them in the oven or deep fry'em untill they are about 3/4 cooked and skin gets crispy (use the broiler if you need to). Then pour the same mix/ratio all over them and finish cooking in the oven at high heat, 425-450 range.
They get good and sticky and should melt in your mouth.
