Hey guys, 2 weeks ago last saturday; I used the Poli-glow cleaner and liquid wax. The cleaner states to use 1/3 cleaner to 2/3 water. I mixed it correctly. I put the wax on with the sponge that comes with it.
Long story short My gloves got cut and the wax leaked into them and got all on my hands and forearms. I washed them at the end of the job. But by the next day my hands and arms hurt so bad I ended up the hospital for 2 days. It seems the chemicals got on my skin and got into my bloodstream and poisoned me. It also affected my nerve ending and just today am I able to type. Every time I run water over my hands and arms it hurts like h*ll where my nerve endings at at the skin surface.

Be careful when using this stuff.

BY the way the boat looks good but not worth the 2 days in the hospital and 2 weeks not being able to work or even holding a beer can.

Garage, ouch man! I hate that for you. Here's to a speedy recovery and hope you are able to hold a can soon buddy!

Could this be why MJ doesn't wax his boat?

Hope you get back to fishing quick!!

And my boat was washed and waxed the beginning of the season! I had my son do it, came out pretty good!!

But the fluke guts are starting to take there toll!! It would me much worse with out the wash down!! Man Kenny loves that thing!

I had a simular experience.Used polyglow on my trophy. Had shorts on slopped some on my right leg. Have had a numbness on upper leg since and its been over a year. Doc feels it may be some surface nerve damage. Does a decent job on boat but seems its a little rough on people. If you use it read the directions carefully and be careful.
