I tell ya, that is a nice boat, can't see what is damaged but it is a 24 foot CC with good storage forward and a great hull for handling the water. Sell the merc for parts a la Big Shrimp and recoup some of the purchase, do the gel coat repairs yourself and add a T Top and re-power with a nice 200-250 engine of your choice and that would be a sweet rig.
