for your recommendation on the aluminum transom wedges. I think i can say my transom replacement is officially complete. Bought longer top mounting bolts and put the brackets on. They work perfectly. I guess I need to post a final pic after I get everything cleaned up. Good call on the wedges.

Glad that worked out . . . You'll like the extra trim angle for stuffing the bow too :)
