Yeap !!!
I got this boat from an old man with many sons and grandchildren. He used the boat to take them fishing. He had the top extendded after a couple of his grandkids got sunburned big time.
I love it. Believe me, the sun we got down here will fry anybody in a couple of hours.

Saludos Parishht,
Yeap, actually my wife and me. I removed all the wood, what was left, and sanded everything with a 3x21' belt sander. Before, all the wood had that gray color that Teak gets when neglected. It took us at least 10-12 hours of hard work to make it look like this, and reoilingevery other week. I`m glad it shows its beauty now, it takes a lot of work.
I had to make some of the pieces, which I made them from the old battery cmpt. door which I traded for Starboard. It was in real bad shape.

That is a very nice boat Triple J!!

I have the same splashwell setup as you, I have been thinking of putting in some jump seats like you have, could you take some pics of how they are mounted for me?

You are living my dream, living in the islands with a fine boat.

Lumber, you better watch out, give Juan a little more time and he will be challenging you for the beauty queen crown.

Also interested in more pics of the jump seats. Where did you get those cushions made? What did they set you back for the set?

Parishht, Csvencer, Randlemanboater, Lumberslinger178, Sean, C Yensen, Chumbucket, and Bluerunner,
Thanks for the good words and compliments !!!

This is what makes all those hard work hours, & $, worth it.

CSvencer, I will post deailed pictures ASAP. The boat had them when I got it. I know a guy who can make them, he lives on his sailboat two boats from mine.

Lumberslinger, you are all welcome to visit me, we`ll go fishing or diving or drinking on Pestanas.

Randlemanboater, like I told CSvencer, will post detailed pictures ASAP. By the way I will post today a couple of pictures of the island you visited, Palomino Island, and the island I also go every Sunday, Icaco Island. Let me know when you come back, you can take my V20 and go anywhere you like, bring your Family. No charge, just refill the gas you spend.

I have 4 Wise folding seats I took out of my old Starcraft....At one time I thought about mounting all four across a board and making a bench seat for across the back but the wife gave me a look when I talked about it that said that was just a little bit too redneck.

But one in each corner wouldn't be bad, would it?

Great looking boat Triple J. How ya like that black bimini? Is it hot? I thought about a black one for my V when my blue one finally dies.

Thanks for the compliments Bradford,
That black bimini was in the V20 when I got it. I now it must collect heat, but because the bimini is not closed around, I can`t feel it. Were we ride, there is always a breeze, so I don`t feel the heat from it. I It is pretty sturdy, and believe it or not, no maintenance required. I never clean it, except for clean water from the water hose every once in a while. It stays clean somehow.
I am changing it for a blue one. I already have a blue extension made, that goes from the fwd edge of this bimini, to the bow hand rail, which we use when we sleep on the boat. That way we can leave the cabin door fully open even if rains. Works wonderfull. Will post pictures of it later. I will have the new full blue top made after this summer. I ran out of boat $ for now.
I like the blue top much more. It looks better, it looks more sea-going, and it can be seen better from far away which is good. If you notice, we are changing the trim color to blue, to match the new top. I will also paint the bottom blue.

Thanks a lot Steplift20 !!!
It is a lot of work, but thats the way I am. I sometimes work too much I guess.
I am buying a house pretty soon ( my first one ), and I will be putting a lot of effort and hard working hours on it. So I just tried to make my V20 ready for a couple of years of use but not much maintenance.
