Just a quick note to let y'all know that I absolutely spanked there...tails yesteday. Left work at 330, hoped in the boat as the tide was just starting to fall. Caught 19 flatties and quit at 730. It was so danged foggy after about 530 that you could barely see the front of the boat...but the flounderz were a snappin. I had seven fish from 21-26 inches.
Go get em CY, theyz here....

Nice going Air!!:beer:Are you anchored up and chumming or drifting for them?

On the drift, these are summer flounder (fluke). Chumming is more for winter flounder, I think?

Bait of choice has been silversides drifted on a top / bottom fluke rig, some with bucktail, sometimes plain hook. Berkley Gulp 4" mullet on a red 3/8 oz jihead has been good too. Water depth has been from 6 to 25', pending the day and tide. I've been fishing waters from 52 to 58* so far this year. It was 55-56 when I had my best afternoon.
Go bloody up that boat Lumber, I'll take your word for it:clap:

Man thats crazy how big they are there....how much does a 26" fish weigh?
Airslot

26" fish here should be about 6.5, maybe 7 lbs most times.
CY, we are still about 2 weeks out from really being in our growing season. Local conditions will be improving rapidly very soon.
:clap:Thank you@!!
They raised our regs this year 20" and I think 5 fish bag? Allot of people crying about it, but it is what it is.
