no it ran fast and fine when i had it that was yrs ago i did all the chrome and polish of that bike, it was strong but sold it and bought a 1995 Suzuki GSX-R 750 frame with a GSX-R 1100 motor bored to a 1218 with 2 stage NOS so i went from fast to extreme then sold it.
