its not, fellow named Jim sent me some photos, it is rough. The aluminum around the transom projection for the motor mount has brownish crud looking stuff oozing out making a stain. I believe it is wood juice I was seeing. Not good, looks like it was not sealed well at factory maybe, that aluminum is also deterioating quite a bit. The rest of the outside looks like it has not been maintained for a long time, inside too. Talked with him on the phone, was not inspired about the engine maintenance either.
