I had a few guys over to watch the UFC last night. I made 10 pounds of Italian meatballs and grilled them with a few chunks of apple wood to get a little smoke flavor. The meatballs then went into a large pan and were covered with a spicy marinara sauce. After baking for a while the whole thing was covered with mozarella and put back into the oven until the cheese was melted. I served this with garlic bread done two different ways. GOOD STUFF!
One of the gentlemen had a bit too much to drink and ended up falling asleep. Bad choice.
