Here is my favorite recipe for Prime Rib. I made this twice with great results.
When I made it I skipped the smoke chips (wife does not like them) and the rosemary (I am alergic to it). Even with out these, this is the best I have ever eaten.
Notice the cooking time, 3-4 hours. I cooked it and had to cook to about 6 hours.
