Someone already attacked that back rack! *
CB - I whipped out the camera, blinked, and before I knew it Joey ripped a big hunk off for us *;D *I was hoping someone would notice that *;) *Good eye!
MJ - $79 is a great deal. I just refurbed my old charbroil with a new burner. Cooks like new and only cost me $25 8) I went to clean it out and the rusty old burned fell completely apart. Thought I was screwed for a while but found the replacement burner at Lowe's and was a happy man.

Hey Blue, your buddy's grill came from Costco, Kirkland brand. Ive look at those grills all stainless , never saw one with a built in oven under...
I think the best place to find a great grill for a great price is used on craigslist in you local area. Amazing what people will sell and for what price...I love my Weber grills they last forever and customer service is the best in the country, ans. the phone when you call *them with a live person by the 3rd ring. Been doing ribs on my Weber Smokey Mountain lately, little black bullet. learnin the art of cookin low and slow... * * *Z

Zebra, cut some citrus wood and use it to flavor whatever you do. Charlie's Steakhouse has ruined me.

Just bought a Brinkman electric "wet" smoker. Used it for Thanksgiving turkey and to a man it was considered the best turkey they ever had. Hickory or cherrywood is key along with a powderpuff rub and beer in the liquid pan. I can't wait to try ribs on it. Those look awesome Blue!
