Engin removeal!!

I am haveing one heck of a time trying to get this motor off a boat I am doing!!! I have it all disconnected and all bolts off, But the thing will not move!!!
I got under it with a 4 foot bar and it will not move at all!!! :o
I have never run into this before??? Is there any Ideas from the world of info here??
I think I need a machine repair guy to come and trouble shot the problem!! ;D

Hey BTW, do you have your schedule for the upcoming week yet? I was wondering what your doing on Thursday. My daughter's office in Dennis and I have to go down there with her on Thursday for an hour or so. She'll be in the office a good part of the day though and I figured iffin you wasn't doing anything, I'd hang with ya for a bit. If you gotta work, I can hit Boater's World and spend some $$ (I'll probably do that anyways ;D) I could even give you a hand with that beast if you don't have it off by then. I'm sure you will though.

I am telling you!! If I lift that motor up with a come along the whole boat is going to lift up!!
Its on there~!!
Thursday, I have to work 3 to 9pm so if you are coming up in the AM I will be here with bells on!! I will even let you show me your muscles and let you pull that motor off!! ;D

Well, as of right now, it's a date(giggling like a school girl ;D) I'll start pumping some iron (or something :-[ ;D) I talk to you as the week progresses.

Its off!! A jack to lift up from the bottom and a wedge to hold a space and a sawsall and bam its off!!

yea I am pretty happy now!! But I got one of the shifting cables stuck in the under deck tube now!!!!!
This thing is a night mare!! I am earning my money for this job!!

Well I made alot of progress today!! I got all the old stuff out and the new wireing all installed, with the new oil tank.
I am waitting for the Cables and new steering system to come in so I can install them.
Then it just hang the motor and away we go!!
So I figure if I can get the man power and my helper here I could running in one or two days!! Ten one day to make all the wires nice under the consol and another day to paint the bottom.
