Well she is finally ready to recieve her motor!! It's been a long haul-but worth every hour of hard labor. (green tape on the helm and stern is for the installer to cut holes for tack and rigging tube). I will paint the hull in the fall. I can't stand to wait any longer...she's gotta get wet! here's the photo link

Thanks, keeping her clean no rod holders in the gunnels this time.

Every time I paste a link in this window it looses a "/"

I'm a big fan of the "Clean" look. If you could put hide-away electronics on it that would be cool! If there is such a thing :-/

Buddy of mine has a tach and a key on his CC. Thats the extent of his "electronics". But boy does it look awesome!

I will have a tach a key and the bilge switch you see under the wheel.

Yea, the electronics- where to hide them...hummm?

I am putting the gas guage under the helm on a bracket...I have the batteries under the helm also. I also put the 44 gallon fuel tank under the forword deck. I might even put a hawse pipe through the stern gunnel sides and the cleats under it.

On the Fly that is a tremendous amount of work, that is going to be one sweet V when you are done. What engine are you putting on the bracket

Very nice work! *I've always wondered if the stringers are attached in any way to the transom, other than fiber glass? *It is clean looking boat. *Get it wet!! *Billy Mac *;D

Willy I have a Johnson 05 leftover 140 4 stroke waiting in Delaware (it's really a Suzuki with a Johnson case)

Regidog- I have pictures of where and how I mounted it forword under the deck. you can see the filler cap on my step deck . I will post them here if you like.

Please, that seems like a good place to move it. I want to change out the console on mine but really could not decide what to do with the tank. Also, what paint did you use on the floor, looks nice.

OTF, really liking the boat. That is the model V20 I would resto if I was going to. Only thing I may have done dofferent for me is get rid of the raised fore deck and make the deck 1 level. It would lose some storage but I like the extra gunnel height castin in the slop.

Are you going to add pop/pull up lights and cleats?

I bought some popup cleats and did'nt realize they came without backing plates I will most likely put some temporary cheapos there till I manufacture the backing plates. I might opt for hawse pipes through the gunnel deck-to a cleat under the gunnel in the stern.

Actually Charlie...it's quite nice, For slip and canal manuvering it's ideal in that position for my height---heck she will track so nice on the ocean I don't plan on steering!!! ;D ;D
