Will be painting the entire (in and Out) boat. Would like to make some color changes. Don't want anything wild. Looking for suggestions. Maybe: a dark bottom, boot stripe color change, lighter color from boot stripe to rub rail. It is hard to find boats with different color combinations.

In the for sale section, CTT really liked this combination:

If it was I, If you have a naked bottom I leave that way, But if you must paint, I like Black bottoms.

I like the pale Yellow of the CC for sale section, There is also another member that did the yellow and it looks sharp.

Who knows were the yellow boat is in the gallery??

Here is Kamikaze V20 CC in Blue:

White top side and inside sides, then a sand or gray color for the floor.
If you did the sides and the floor white you hate it, the glare from the sun is tuff!!

Good Luck!

i like those light blues or the light greens that you see on the newer boats.....if you must put on a bottom paint..i'd go with black.

I was thinking a white bottom with a red stripe at the water line and medium dark blue above that, Followed with tan floor and off white inside walls.

For me the Ho's and boats look better with no make-up. Sorry guys I'm just plain dull.

I would stay away from dark colors above the water line. Yes, they may look nice today but they just do not hold up to the heat and sun.

It's like a rule - boats are white.

Maybe a little dk blue trim and there you have a boat. ;D

I'm normally not a big fan of color on the hull, but this is a reel eye-catcher

If/when I paint my boat, I am going to use that pic of that CC to show the painter how I want it to turn out. *I think I like the "fighting lady yellow" instead of the powder blue though.
