Well guys. This is the best I can do. Cant do any better.
The transom is done. In primer. Will worry about paint later I guess. Got to put the rub rail back on, install the splashwell drains and so forth.

Time to move onto replacing the fuel hatch cover or the soft spot in the deck. Will start hacking away this week I guess.
