Hey I just got a V-20, and the cabin has none of the cushions. I am looking to purchase cushions, can't find them anywhere. Also I want to get a full enclosure for the boat, does anyone have some helpfull info on that? Even measurements and dimensions would help on everything, save me some time if I need to get custom work done. Hope to hear from someone!-kevin

1976 V-20 Steplift
1996 Evinrude 88 SPL
1997 Loadrite Trailer
TOTAL COST: $1500
a great deal on a V-20: PRICELESS!!!

Welcome to the site and congrats on the V.
Sorry to say, the cushions and rear seat are usually as hard to get as the hatch cover.
Post where your at in your profile and post pictures of the new baby (of course).

here are some ideas I got off the net for enclosures were are you at we have a place called the foam factory make cut out of the shape of your cuddy in carboard and they can cut foam to match then cover them or have someone cover them the people who do your top can do them

Yo NBT welcome to the site. *Sounds like you are looking for some of the most sought after items around! *Good news for you though - I was able to score a full enclosure AND factory rear bench on THIS site. *

They are few and far between and you have to be REALLY quick on the draw, but there is hope.

If you decide to get custom work done I doubt any of our measurements would do you much good, but that is just a hunch I have. *You could find out more info from a canvas guy.

Best of luck with your new V.

enclouser unless you find one will have to be made and that will run you $1500 to $3000 depending what you want and were you are.

I am having one made for my boat (not a V) and when all done it will be $3K thats all new! Bimi, frame, and all 4 sides.

As for cushions, if you have a sew machine you could make your own, not hard and doesnt need to be 100% they will be inside were no one can see them.

Asfor rear bench Good Luck, watch ebay for seatd that measure is close and you should be fine.

Could someone with the original bench post a pic of the front.I had the bench seat, but it sat in the sun , and rain and fell apart.
All I am left with is the frame and the bottom cushion all ripped apart.
I'd like to get it fixed someday, and I'd like to have a pic to show the re upholsterer.
The bench seat was great for hanging out , but it did get in the way when fishing.I'd climb all over the thing when I had it in.

Order come marine fabric, no need the buttons in the middle, HD sells Stainless Staples and do it yourself, very easy and you don't get raped!!

Good Idea Macojoe,I'm doing the arm rests right now I cut the ply, bought the fabric and foam, and started one of them.
I figured the seat may be too big a job, but I may just give it a shot.I think the corners may be tough though.

ANOTHER OPTION:

- YOU CAN MOVE TO MIAMI, THERE'LL BE NOT NEED FOR AN ENCLOSURE AND , SINCE THE GIRLS HERE USE THONGS THEY WONT SEAT ON THE REAR BENCH BECAUSE IT'LL BE TO HOT.

Philly is just a little farther up the river, still plenty of V-20 able water up there.

Really HAMMER, you will be just over an hour from Lewes,
one of my trailer neighbors lives just north of Wilmington.

The trailering from there would not be that bad as it is all highway.

or

you could always do like me and get a trailer in Stemboat landing
and keep the V there. ;) ;) ;) ;)
