Here is a friend of mine in Dauphin Island. He is a charter captain and rode the storm out up river with some other big boats. Check it out....pretty good pics too.

Also, yall should think of joining this chatboard...im of course "Stinky Hooker" on there too...lots of good folks there so register!! And post up!!!

Do it man!! There are guys from all over the US and even the World on there. Good stuff!!!

We had a Fishcraze get together on Dauphin Island last year and all got to meet each other. I have made some great friends from that board. ;D

I know a guy who did much the same in 1989 when HUGO hit Charleston...next morning, Coastie Chopper plucked him and crew offa his 30+ sporty, which was 20' or so up in some large oak trees along the river...night came complete w/HIGH winds, TORRENTIAL rain and LOTTA snakes...said the next hurricane could HAVE his boat...surge came way farther up river than they ever thought... :o...

If you wanna "walk on the WILD side" in forums, try floridabarhopper.com...but not with the kids (or wife) around... ::)...

Stink, old buddy...if you got ANY morals, DON'T open that site...(now he's GOT to)...but when you wake up one mornin'...you've lost the house, your family's left you and the **** layin' beside you got her body art while doin' time in prison just remember old RAP didn't push the clicker... ;) ::)...

It is a small world. The fist boat in the set of pics, the Island Queen, often docks across the 50ft bayou from me at my camp. The camp is in Shell Beach, LA. I hope she made out better than my camp did. Can't wait to show you guys the pics.
