This is a 1974 in fairly good shape has a couple soft spots in the floor but at the price it was a deal. Look at all the pics in this link.

skools, my guess is that you got it for free, or at least a modest price. A guy w/ your experience does'nt get "stuck"....unless you paid 1500.00, then you got f@&*ed.
