What a shame, I've watched it all my life and it brakes my heart what we have allowed these judges and criminal low lifes to do. And this Chief is in the premier socialist city in our nation and for him to stand up in front of the media, and tell the people there what exactly is the situation with our papers and judges takes a lot of balls. GOD BLESS HIM

That is a great speech and I think the judges should be held responsible for putting repeat offenders
back on the streets.
