Hey the guy emailed me this :-/ :-/ :-/

cause i told him my brother could pick it up for me since he lives close. what do you think about the price? I think it is a little steep :-/

"Ok, I can sell the boat bench and seat. *The item is in great shape, *everything works nicely. *It is very clean and makes a great addition to any boat. particualrly the 20-v. *Considering the conditionand the avilability oif the item. *I would price it at $225.. *Let me know if this is fair and we can make arrangments for delievery. *Call if you have questions.

ASK YOURSELV:

HOW BAD DO I WANT IT?
HOW BAD IS IT TO FIND?

THAT'LL GIVE YOU AN IDEA, NOW CONSIDERING THE GUY IS SELLING THE WHOLE BOAT FOR $600.00......

If it is in good shape, it is probably worth it. I'd start by offering him $100 and see what he says.

msbhammer

For $225 I'd probably part with my seat box, and for $600 I could probably be persuaded to part with the hull and seat box.

I am the guy that bought this V. We are going to use the seat box as a mold to make a few others. The 20 is being cut down for a OB. glh

Great buy on the boat. It should turn out real nice. I would love to put my hat in the ring for any seat boxes you make. I am sure others here at the site would be interested as well. Good luck with your project and welcome to the site.

msbhammer
12-06-2007, 09:14 PM
Hold what ??? the box seat or bim top. I bought the bimtop and curtains from the past owner, then he sent my money back with some lame story about it falling out the back of his truck. >:( :-/

Sorry I'm new at this and didn't read the whole thread. I was responding to the first comment on the boat. I rehung my outboard on my newly rebuilt transom today it is very strong now.
