About the Series
Entering its 19th season, the Salt Water Sportsman National Seminar Series, America's #1 educational sport fishing tour, is the only marine sport fishing seminar to be endorsed by the American Sportfishing Association (ASA). The 2005 National Seminar Series, presented to standing-room-only crowds of fishermen, totaled approximately 4,000 attendees. In addition to being heavily promoted in the pages of Salt Water Sportsman, each year the series receives outstanding press reaching a newspaper audience of up to 7 million readers.

The Seminar Series is hosted by world-renowned angler George Poveromo in conjunction with fellow Salt Water Sportsman editors and local captains and guides selected from each host city. These professionally-produced educational programs are designed to cover the "where-to" and "how-to" of sport fishing using the insights, strategies and knowledge of national and local experts.

Attendees receive six hours of fishing tips from pros in their area, an info-packed fishing tactics textbook, a one-year subscription to Salt Water Sportsman, a one-year membership to the IGFA including the World Record Game Fishes book, plus chances to win incredible door prizes and much more!

I just looked in my SS magazine and they have seminars around the country.
Closest to me would be in College Park, Ma I think on January 24, or around that date.
I think they have them listed on their website as well.
I might just go to the one in January.
