I was gonna say stargazer - can't they put out a small electrical charge?
Found this online:
Stargazers are very strange fish. Stargazers have the unique ability to produce an electric shock from an organ located between their eyes on the top of their head. So be careful when handling them.

I always thought they were Stargazers, *seems to be a lot of them around this year. *My Dad caught one last month which had to be at least 5-6 lbs.
