Been there done that, when you are not sure if you are out of gas
and making sure that lines aren't clogged,
get a little too much gas in mouth,
it comes on ya quit quick.

hey i might be a newbie here but i scored a 10 so that makes me a *"real boater" ( i guess). * spent 3/4 of my life on the water shrimping so i guess that kind of stuff happens sooner or later. the falling off the boat thing almost ended me one time though. wasnt to fun.

10 score. But I agree, seems reversed or add more to it to improve score like; dropping boat off trailer at ramp (did that) or submersing vehicle at ramp ( read about it) or throwed anchor overboard without rope attached (not guilty) or added double oil to tank or maybe to wrong tank (hell if I know) or left fish stringer tied to transom and chopped, diced, etc (guilty)

Another "real boater" daddy was telling me of a friend of his filling his Bayliner up with gas didn't realize the nozzle was in the rod holder until 2-3 gallons later.
While snickering about it he said "well I was just as bad, one day at the marina getting gas I dumped 16oz of oil in the rod holder of an Aquasport I had".
