Wellcraft or Criscraft

Friend asked if he could park his boat at my house today. Went out just now to look at it. Cant tell if its an old Wellcraft or Criscraft ??
Rebuilt Transom. Super thick, but had to notch the transom for the steering arm. Any Ideas. I know its a 1976. Has no vin # on the transom.

Must be a Criscraft. It has really nice high gunnels on her.

Must be a Criscraft, I have more of a flair. Maybe its a scorpian ???
