Does anyone know anything about these, from personal experience or otherwise?

A friend e-mailed me today and is looking at a 1999 model with a 260 hp engine. Asking price is $28,000.

All I know about them is from what I see for sale on yachtworld.com. I advised them to have it surveyed and examine the maintenance records.

Any advice from the V-20 masters would be greatly appreciated (and make me look really good). ;D

If the survey includes a sea-trial, that's about all ya CAN do :D ...

That be's it. I know nothing about such boats, except that I don't much care for 'em. I sure they're nice and all, but they're just not my style.

Boy, yer READIN' MY MIND ... wasn't gonna say anything since he's yer friend and all... nice, but not for me ... maybe good for test-drivin' a new girlfriend 8) ...
