Just got a couple of new spinning reels and rods and went to try them out on the jetty. Loaded them up with 12 lb spiderwire and headed out. Just took 1 rod, a couple of egg sinkers and some hooks plus some flurocarbon leader. There were millions, seriously, of mullet on both sides of the jetty. Caught 4 or 5 blue fish, got cut off a couple of times and brought in half eaten bait lotsa time. Just before I was leaving I landed a 26" Redfish. Will post pics asap

Nice haul of bait there Capt. That's about $70 worth of fingers there at $5.50 a dozen which is what the tackle shop wanted for them this past weekend.
