any one put an arch on their V-20? i was thinking about it, was going to go ahead and have the binimi top come off the arch going fwd and mount the riggers up top. Didn't know if it was a bit too much for a 20' boat. Any ideas or pics?

These are pics from the Atlantic Towers site. I can't find a pic without canvas.

Spare, one day a couple a years ago, I's fishin' w/ my top folded up and in the boot...had it standin' up in much the same position an arch would be...

...well, the biggest ol' cow striper I ever tangled with came along and had one of my 6500s singin' out loud...we knew instantly we were gonna have to chase 'er for any chance of landing, so my bud's bringin' the boat around, which of course requires me to hand the rod to myself over the top standin' there...THAT'S when I lost pressure on 'er for a split second and she was GONE...

...after layin' in the floor of the boat cryin', I vowed I'd never have that top or anything else standin' there again while fishin'...and I haven't... :D ...

we used to fish a 23 Formula offshore, it had an arch with rod holders, wishbone single spreader riggers, center rigger, and all the antennas on top. We would drag 7 lines and two teasers with out any problems, when we hooked up, the rod holders on the arch were great for clearing the rods, just put em up high and out of the way, if it was a slinger or lazy fish on the line, we wouldn't even pull the other ones in, just put the fish on the inside of a turn, kept the speed up around 3 knts and brought em in. Another big issue on that boat was the bimini came off the arch going fwd, it made the canvas much easier to handle and better looking

Spare,

*I'm wanting the same setup you are. It aint going to be cheap though, Iv'e done some checking. I was told an off the shelf bimini frame wont work right with an arch. The man said the arch tapers towards the top, so the bimini frame will also have to be tapered. Anyway, here are a couple of pics for you.
