ok, i know this subject has been addressed
to death but what is the transom angle again?

CTT...I THINK our "Vs" are 13* angle...
Angled transom is measured off VERTICAL line from bottom of transom to top...0* would be straight up ;) ...

TO DETERMINE TRANSOM ANGLE..... USING A STANDARD FRAMING SQUARE, SLIDE THE "LONG LEG" UNDER THE BOAT, PREFERABLY ON THE KEEL. SLIDE FORWARD UNTIL THE SHORT "LEG" TOUCHES THE TRANSOM. THE DISTANCE FROM POINT "A" TO POINT "B" IS ________________
1/4" = 1 DEGREE EXAMPLE: 3" = 12 DEGREES
