This is plenty to keep track of, so I scrapped the collared/polo/golf shirt idea.

HOW TO ORDER
* Post your order on this thread, but please keep all your ordering info in one post. Edit it if you wish. Post commentary separately in this thread if you wish, but I'd rather not go through the whole thing to piece together your order.
* Be descriptive/specific including sizes, quantities "white" vs. "blue" design, crewneck or hooded sweatshirts, short or long sleeve, etc.
* Then, this is clutch, send me a private message with your name, email address and shipping address. Order confirmation and what you owe will eventually be emailed back to you. Not that hard to fake it, but email is how I'm verifying you're you.
* Shipping will be a flat $8 added to the garment total. Carrier will be UPS or US Postal Service. That might sound steep, but that's the going rate. I know because I just did the same exact thing for my fishing forum. Clothing can get bulky to ship pretty easily. BassPro/Cabela's/BoatersWorld/etc. might be able to discount or waive shipping, but trust me, I'm not making any hidden profit by charging $8. That will recoup most but not all of whatever UPS charges me. Packaging materials and handling is on me.
* I will be accepting PayPal or check/m.o. by mail. I'll give you all the info for that stuff when I give you the total$. If you're mailing payment, please order early so I receive your check before the ordering deadline.
* Ordering closes over the weekend of 3/26. Shirts will ship out within (10) days after that. I might have some overruns for any stragglers, but holding an inventory comes out of my pocket until it sells, so I'm going to keep it to a bare minimum or none at all. Once this production run is over, it might not be reprinted for a while, if ever. If you haven't seen someone on the board lately, maybe give 'em a heads up that this is going on.

Sorry for the long read. It's all in the name of organization and making all these individual transactions run as smooth as possible for me. Making a little scratch is a fringe benefit, but I hope you believe me when I say that this is really about the website, the boat, and the great bunch of guys that own them.

Sorry, gents. With the day job and then family, I'll handling most of this late at night. Didn't mean to leave you hanging.

1) $8 to ship your entire order, regardles of the number of items. USPS will ship four pounds for that much, and that's fairly close to a couple shirts and a sweatshirt. Anything over that I'll absorb.

2) T's are pre-shrunk cotton, but figure on it shrinking another 4%. The ones I use are a generous cut and are pretty true to the label size after several washings.

I think that covers the general questions. I'll PM you if I have a question on your order, but order confirmations will be sent to your email address. I'll be using my company's email for this correspondence. That will be [email protected], so you don't nuke it as spam.

No worries. I'm as easy going as they come and knew how much work it is to do something like this. No matter how much you try to be organized, it's pretty chaotic at first, but settles into a nice efficient process.

I use Gildan Ultra Cotton for the t-shirts and the sweats will be Gildan UltraBlend. They're definitely not cheap, thin shirts. Of the less than 0.5% of customers that have not liked the shirt, the "complaint" was that it was a little too heavy.

As of this writing, I have 20 white short, 7 white long, 3 ash crew, 2 ash hooded, 18 blue short, 8 blue long, and 3 blue crew on order with me. I don't stock the blank goods, they're custom ordered from my supplier and arrive within two days after I order. We've still got almost two weeks of order-taking, so who knows what the final counts will be at this point?

I think everyone that's ordered above this post has been 'processed' and sent a confirmation, except veeder and zebra. I still need email and shipping addresses from you guys.

Hmmm...I didn't realize this thread still existed. Ordering and delivery was over months ago. As you can see, the last post before yours dates back to April. All orders were fulfilled and the project was closed, though I do have a small number of items in stock. Some guys just missed the deadline, so if there was a waiting list, they'd be ahead. The only fair way to handle this is to post a new thread to sell off the remaining inventory and make it a first-come-first-served basis. The best I can do is to tell you to be on the lookout and reply asap.
