question on the site for Bigshrimppen

I found a free web hosting company that I signed up for here's the link it looks great but not sure I am not a big web guru.

I know you have found someone else to host but thought you might use this as a backup or switch they give you three years for free. 500mb of storage and 5gb of traffic.

another question do you do the programming for the site ?
I want to add a log in and password so people can upload files to my site they gave me 500mb of free storage.
but can I add something like what you have to add pictures to the site?
can you give me some direction on how to do that or just send me some code? ???

All the web based programs on wellcraftv20.com - (Gallery and YaBB forum) are opensource (free) programs that can be found off sourceforge.net or freshmeat.net. * I can hack together some basic code, but I think you'll find a project on sourceforge that is offering exactly what you want. *
