Hull ID #

I have been checking numbers on my motor and discovered my Sea Drive that I thought was a 1986 is actually a 1985. So now I'd like to verify the age of my hull. My hull ID # is WELF4173A686. Can anybody out there help me nail down the year my V-20 was manufactured? Thanks.

I might be wrong, but I think it's the last two numbers, making it a 1986.
