1980 v20 vs. 1980 Chapparral Fisherman

The other day I seen these 2 hulls side by side and they looked identical too eachother.....Inside layout was also similar.....Did chapparral copy from wellcraft or visa versa? Thanks

I've never seen the Chapperal so I can't say. Maybe someone else has. ???
