I found you can glue starboard but it is a big deal!!

DID ANY ONE EVER HERE THAT THE STARBOARD ,OR OTHER PLASTICS CAN BE WELDED ,OR SOMTHING LIKE THAT?

Yes. Plastics, including Starboard and the like, can be welded. Basically a thermo-heat process of controlled melting, bonding, and laying a plastic fillet in the seam.

There's a guy 60 miles away who makes GREAT bait-tanks outta Starboard-like plastic...he "plastic-welds" all the seams on his tanks...I have one that's probably 12-15 yrs old and know of several older ones still around...NEVER heard of one that leaked or needed repair due to "weld" failure...he has a special heat-gun that runs a bead of plastic to the seam...TIGHT... :D...
