Phester...never personally searched for one, but I would think as many boats got messed up in FL hurricanes last year, there would be a few around...if that boat fills the bill in every other way, I'd go ahead...things like sliding hatch-lids have a way of workin' themselves out... ;D

Yea you could cut the bow up, and then you would have a walk thur cuddy!! ;D

Really I think BS had offered to make one for someone before?? If you get it I am sure one could be had by hook or crook!

If somebody is going to make a sliding hatch cover I would like to but two of them. I have two V-20's but they don't run. One needs a new powerhead and the other has a bad lower unit. I was going to swap the lower unit off of one to the other, but one of the cylinders is reading 80#'s of pressure while the others are at 105 to 110#'s of pressure.

I'll take one of those hatch covers if anyone makes them

I think it may be doable to make one out of starboard.

Need pictures or dimensions. I can get them from my '89.

As promised here are dimensions on the lower / aft portion of the 2 piece sliding hatch.

length = 24"
width = 20 1/8"
This hatch is 7/8" thick at the edge but only 1/2" thick elsewhere.
-I see no reason why this hatch could not be 7/8" thick all over as it slides on the edge not the thinner center area.
-There is a piece of plexiglass mounted to the under side of the hatch 2" forward of the aft edge. This piece aligns with the top of the sliding cabin door and fills the area between the hatch and the door when both are closed.
-There is also a strip about 1/2" square mounted to the top of the hatch to keep the lower hatch from sliding to far under the upper hatch.

Here's a picture I added to my gallery that may help.
