Hey made it back sorry i have not been on here lately i had to work a double shift as soon as i got back 48hours straight but thats a firefighters life. Well we did not catch any stripers but that is about the most beautiful lake i have ever been on. We did catch some bream and a few catfish. My Son hooked something we never did get it turned around we chased it all over that lake and he got a little tired of fighting the fish i think and tightened his drag a little to much and broke it off. I am going back soon but next time i will get a guide for a half day and learn how and where the stripers are.

Sounds like your son hooked into one of CH's big line-sdes...glad you saw the beauty of the lake...sometimes I concentrate too much on fishin' and don't take time to appreciate what's goin' on down there...it's awsome...and the more you look, the better it gets... 8)...

Wish I coulda gotten loose and come down, at least for a day...how long a drive for you?...can't promise fish, but promise I'll show ya all I know about it...

It's only three and a half hours not bad take US1 all the way. Next time we come up i'll let ya know and maybe we can meet up with our V-20's and do some fishing.

Sounds good Knight...3 1/2 hrs on US 1 don't sound too bad...it' 2 hrs from here... :)...
