New to the board and would like to say thanks for whom ever started this forum. There is a wealth of info on the V20's. I purchased a 83 w/200 Yamaha on a bracket this summer and am very happy with it. I am still working to get everything the way I want it but I am not far off now. Thanks again.

Ahoy there tlb888!
I'm in NC too, not too far from High Rock Lake. Do you fish? If so, fresh or salt or both? Where are your favorite haunts?
I have a little summer place on High Rock and do a good bit of cruising/lil bit of fishing there.
My favorite fishing is at the coast. Both NC and SC and everywhere in between :D
Come back and see us (often). Open yourself a gallery man, we want to see that sweet '83.

The boat is in good shape. There were however some things I wanted to change. I put in a fresh water washdown system, a new electrical switch panel and I am in the process of cleaning the wiring mess up. Other than that I am just fine tuning everything for striper season.

From what I heard about the OBX Stripers last season, I gotta make a trip up there this year...Blue Runner's got the urge, too...where do you generally fish up there?...

We fish mostly in the Chesapeake Bay and the intracoastal waterways of NC. However now that I have the new boat I will be putting in at Oregon inlet this fall and winter from time to time. Definately looking forward to it.

Nice lookin '83 there! That drum is prolly an '83 model too lol ;D
I'm gonna try to make my first trip to OI just before or just after Thanksgiving.
We should hook up at the dock. That way whoever finds the fish first can give the other a shout on the radio!
I really would like to make a trip once a month starting in November and ending in February or March.
