got the mighty V out last night, first time w/ the enclosure on. It was warm out at 5:30 PM,SW wind about 15 plus, when the sun went down it was "cool" water was about 1-1 1/2 loose chop w/ maybe an ocassional 2 footer. We [me and 2 buddies] had bunker and eels in search of that often ellusive stripped bass.To be honest I was perfectly content just crusin' that boat around fully zipped under that enclosure...it's awsome. It does knock out some fishing space but it will be a welcome trade-off when the weather turns colder. It's tight as a drum, nothing shakes or wobbles. Unfortunatley we were in the DEAD SEA , not one fish or even a run-off,but like I said it was nice just hangin out w/ friends, having a few laughs and being completely comfortable. That enclosure made that boat twice as nice!

you will even be more inpressed when the weather turns real cold!!
I use to have ice on the rod tips cod fishing, and no heater, but you get inside that ziped up room on a sunny day you swear that it was heated!!

I striper fish thru the winter and on really cold/bad days, I take the top/4-sided enclosure along w/a small propane heater...brings joy to COLD days on the lake... ;D...
Phester, I know you'll enjoy yours... ;)...

Hate to rub it in but I gotta use sunscreen 9 months out of the year. It's a cold day fishing when it drops all they way down to the 50's

I probably will go w/ the Mr. Buddy heater on cold nights...MJ is right,on a cold but sunny day it probably works like a greenhouse and stays nice and toasty. It's just so cool driving around at cruise speed,no wind and it even cuts out a good deal of outboard noise. Franco, you should buy yours back from Bluerunner and install centeral air...dawg...

Central air - lol!
But, the benefit of living in the colder climate is those big ol linesiders like the cold weather and rough water.
You won't see Mr. Striper down there around Florida any time soon!
