BY THE WAY GUYS

I also went to Shearline Boat works Friday. They aren't building smaller boats now but they showed me around their plant and how the cold molded their boats. They are currently building two 34 ft boats one with twin 250 Yamaha's and one with Triple 250 Yamaha's, Both 34's had brackets. Building a 35 ft with twin Yalmar 400 HP diesels a 43 ft with twin cummings 550 HP diesels. Working on their new 61 FT Flybridge and just starting their new to be 58 FT Flybridge. The best part all these were inside their new buiding. HUGH building.

And NO FREAKIN' ''Euro-Transoms'' :P :P :P...wonder if they got anything in their line-up for us old pharts who want a full windshield... ;) :)...doesn't seem to be...

Skool, if you're ever in the greater Charleston, SC area and wanna go sniff some fresh glass, there's another ''cold-mold'' boat builder out in Mt Pleasant...it's in the Shem Creek area...if you need more info, I'll shore git-it for ya!!...I've seen some examples of there finished work in the water at Toller's Cove...these guys are true CRAFTSMEN... ;) 8)...

RAP the big console with front and side curtains provides quite a bit of protection, I would think ??? but maybe not as much a the full windsheild.

BR, yeah a big CC w/curtains and ''wings'' offer LOTS of protection...my fishin' bud in Chas has that 28' cat CC w/the full curtains that spread out to the gunwales as ''wings'' and it's great...but for this ole boy, full windshield is the way to go... ;D...

RAP, did you see that True World Marine link I posted along with that 28' CC in the FS section? If not, go check out that link to the True World Marine website. They make one fantastic looking ride...

I'm warning you though, you need to point that thing down and away when you see the windsheild on those boats!! :o :o :o :o :o Phat as hell!!
