anybody live in or near colonial beach, va? guys got a real nice boat for sale but its a bit of a hike for me.

I live in Virginia and have most of my life, but have never heard of the place.

I think colonial beach is on the northern neck, south of Chesapeake beach, maybe in the area of Smith point.

Colonial Beach is on the Potomac River just south of Rt 301.
