I hate Scum, and there is a lot of it out there. Good idea he has hope he gets the sh!tbird and his stuff back. A friend of mine in Louisiana told me so many boats down that part of the country got crushed , tossed and abandoned that it is a free for all as far as getting titles etc for boats. And there is a big demand for boats both used and new, so guys like that are going to start popping up like floating turds >:(
