I've done the same thing. The Florida sun will burn through the eisenglass in a couple of seasons. It'll turn brown and crack.
I really like that style top. Nice looking rig.

Thanks RAP. Actually, what happened was; last week I came home from working all night. The Mrs chumbucket was getting ready for work. She usually brings a thermos with hot water to work with her. She poured the hot water into the thermos and the glass liner exploded peppering her face with glass. A couple minor cuts, but she got some in her right eye. So, that was pretty scary and we spent most of that morning at the emergency room at the local hospital. A followup with an eye specialist a couple days later shows no permanent damage. It was painful for her for a couple days and still a bit uncomfortable, but getting better and as long as no permanent damage.....that's good.

Ouch! That's a freak accident if I've ever heard of one! You just never know, about anyting!
My mother-in-law was taking a shower once, flipped the lid on the shampoo bottle and somehow lost her footing. The lid of the shampoo ended up hitting and cutting her eyeball. Layed back a little piece of meat on there. She was fine, but just goes to show that you never know when crap can happen!
Hope she is feeling better!
