What are the best online sites to buy marine stuff? Cheapest? Best service? Best selection?

What are you looking for?

www.ebay.com => has pretty much everything for pennies on the dollar.

Always has the lowest prices, (lower than ebay) and great customer service.

Internet shopping has the drawback of returning items. You usually have to pay shipping. Can take awhile to get credit. Might not be able to return from some venders.

If you think there is a chance you might return an item, or there is a chance of high failure rate, then local Westmarine store is a good option. They pricematch most online stores, and have good selection in stock. I've bought Power pack and coils, that were in stock for my 1975 Evinrude 135hp, plus FishFinder after returning defective back to Buy.com. Westmarine pricematched lowest internet each time, and saved me a lot of time.

Cheap electronics:

(westmarine will pricematch)

I'll tell you Robs, I like their stores, like boaters world better around here anyhow. Seems they want to special order it for you rather than have it in stock, Boaters World goes out of their way to have it in stock.
That means a lot to me, for ten years I ran a Traditional Archery Shoppe here in New Jersey, part time as a side buisness/hobby. Some of you guys on this site involved in traditional archery probably heard of my shop, Renaissance Archery. Anyhow I went the extra exspence and time to make sure when a guy traveled to my shop I had it here in stock. Whatever it was. Cost me more money but it made a big difference. Makes a big difference to me too and I will always give my buisness to the guy who goes that route for me. ;)
