Again I did not make the trip. Neighbor Ron and my brother in law Dan did take 12 nice eyes and then cooked then in my father in law's new deep fryer. Nothing beats fresh fish! Billy Mac ;D

Hey Mac, great report! Nice pics. That fried fish looks AWESOME!! Mouth watering! Looks like a very productive trip to me.

Also, that's the way to take a fish pic - the boat in the background 8)

You gotta love Lake Erie. Best walleye fisherie in the world.

Great pics Bill.
Did the same 2 miles off the NW tip of Kelly's island Fri, Sat, and Sun. Having a ball with that 03 class of walleyes (great eating size). Heading out again tomorrow. I'll take pics this time.

What kind of batter is that. I've been dusting mine with 'shore lunch'. Same with perch.

AWESOME JOB.....IM HAWNGRY NOW!!!!

Its so funny to me to see yall fishin outta v20s in a "lake." LOL I cant imagine a lake big enough that it would require anything more than a jon boat. ;D

More ships have gone down in those lakes than the Bermuda Triangle. Sucked up the Edmund Fitzgerald without leaving a scrap on the surface.

I just ate breakfast and could sit down to a plate of that right now . However , I would like some grits and cold slaw to make them " Southern Style " . That looks like a great time ! I know that I would loved to have been there .....

I forget the batter mix but it was a small box to 2 cans of Labatts Blue, 1 for the batter and 1 for the cook. *Slaw and potatoes was served with the fish. * Stinky the west end of Lake Erie is shallow 32' or less it is not uncommon for a flat day to end in 3 to 4 footers. *I had a small 16' CC Gruman. *For most days it was fine but not the 3 footers.

Wiseguy its the 03 class we are catching too. *They have taken some smaller ones too which is good news for next season. *Billy Mac *;D
