We were at Niantic Ct fishing today we did good got 4 keeper Fluke 22 inches the largest a bunch of shorts my kid pulled a a 15 inch winter flounder a little surprised to see that , a few under sized sea bass, and dozen jumbo porgies 14-16 inches......... But near Millstone Nuclear Plant there was a guy was in 60's vintage 21 foot cuddy cabin with a mid 80's 150 Merc it refused to even fire he said he call Sea tow and I could see them coming out. I stuck around till they showed up and continued fishing. We fished for a couple more hours and nasty T-storms were on the way there. To make a long story short, on the way home on Rt 2 south of Hartford Ct about 35 miles from where we were fishing there was a large flat bed putting a boat and trailer on it with only one wheel on the trailer well it was the same guy with the dead Merc.........Bad Day
