This is from SOL Nice fish!!
Was fortunate enough to be at West Lake Marina when a 67.5 lb. bass came in caught on the boat TOP HOOK. Yes that was 67.5 lbs. It will probably be on the cover of everything next week. The most unbelievable sight I have ever seen. Heard the fish will be mounted. Falls in the top ten bass caught of all time. The thing looked like 5 foot long. UNREAL!!!!!

According to the Fisherman, that fish was followed to the top by another "huge" striper.

Ya know, I just remembered readin' in Sport Fishing magazine several years back...commercial boat came in and unloaded LARGE striper...somebody had enough sense to call fisheries...biologists inspected the headed and gutted carcass and estimated that the fish weighed 147 lbs...record would been SHATTERED:beer:

Hey DAWG!!...had to turn down a salt trip for this week cause workin' too hard. A buddy of mine won 7 grand on a 82 lb wahoo in a tournament last week...better hang on to the riggers...never know when I might need 'em...

WOW - where on earth would you put an 82 lb hoo on a V20??? :oh: That would be a cool problem to have IMO!!
J/K on the riggers....I know you use them from time to time. Good to hear back from ya. Don't be a stranger DAWG!
