I actually know a guy that was speared through the thigh by a Sailfish a few years back... he was by himself, (always good to have a buddy) had to drive himself to the hospital... sometimes it's not such a good thing to have them jumping in the boat.

I just saw a show on tv last night showed a women fisherman that got it in the chest out theback, They said her brest implant save her life!! It hit the implant and it pushed it away from the majore parts!

She is fine now!
