Ocean City Boat Show

When you guys going and when is the big WellcraftV20 get-together. I expect to see Hammer, Cy, and Turbo. Anybody else going? I'll be there at least one day and most likely two days this year.

Yep pocket full of cash. I"ve got a bunch of people that I'm supposed to go to the show with and its probably going to soread over two days. Heck, I may even wind up working a booth for an hour or so.

Hammer , also to anyone close there is a fishermans flea market in cape may april 1 st at the convention ctr Ive booked a room with the wife at a bed and breakfast for the weekend ...... i see new poles in my future.....lol

Lumber, you sound like a pretty smart fella. 8) Taking the wife to a quiant little B&B and then heading to the fishermans flea market. Not a bad idea. REEL, sounds like somebody is trying for Dawg of the month...
Course he did say April 1st, and we all know that day is fraught with mischief. ::) Now what was that old saying...Wine her, dine her, sixty...bucs for a new rod ;D

Air I'm putting this one on my calender early. Planning on taking my son for atleast one of the days, sat or sun.

Sorry I missed out on the watermans show but we had the Boy Scouts pinewood derby that night and I had a few touch ups to do to the car. We took first place out of 25 other cars. Will post pictures when we get them. Having a district derby March 17 with boys from all over the eastern shore of Va.

Turbo, I'm sorry as well...that I missed our visit. *Work took me the other way that day, but I made the best of it. *Also didn't help that it was the coldest day of the year. *We'll regroup and get em again, sooner than later. *Heck, we only got 8 weeks to flounder season. *Got your gear ready?

Just bought a Okuma Avenger bait runner last sat. Need a rod and then spool it up. Used a bait runner on those rock SP and I caught, man I liked those reels.

Going to check out my Fluke killer rigs and make sure they are ready. What type of rig do you use for flounder?

I don't have a favorite for flounder. I guess it depends on the conditions. I do like a tandem rig with a bucktail on the bottom and a 36" leader to a bare hook on top baited with minnows as a general starting point I suppose.
